Shamsud-Din Jabbar used ‘very rare chemical’ in bombs he placed near New Orleans truck attack

Over the last two days, investigators have searched the Houston-area trailer owned by Shamsud-Din Jabbar, the man who killed 14 people in New Orleans in the early morning hours of New Year’s Day.
