Accused CEO killer Luigi Mangione expected to waive extradition at PA court hearing, head today to NYC

Mangione is slated to appear in Manhattan later Thursday on murder and terrorism charges in the death of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson outside the Hilton Hotel.
