‘Ferocious little demon’ of a dog floating in the Arthur Kill rescued by NJ Troopers

Trooper Michael Buchell and his partner Shane McClafferty were patrolling the Elizabeth Marina around 6:30 a.m. responding to a 911 call Friday of a distressed dog when they noticed an unusual movement in the water.
