NYC DAs make case for discovery reform in Albany as lefties dig in ‘for the long haul’

The push by the DA’s to change the 2019 discovery law changes, backed by Gov. Kathy Hochul, has been identified by legislative leaders as one of the key remaining sticking points holding up the state budget, which was due on April 1.
