Former Liberal staffer Bruce Lehrmann’s bid to take out a restraining order against a journalist for alleged stalking has been dismissed.
Lehrmann had launched legal action in Hobart Magistrates Court against Karleigh Smith, a senior Daily Mail reporter based in NSW.
