Aliyev launches criminal probe into Azerbaijan Airlines plane crash

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev says that a criminal case was launched to probe into the Azerbaijan Airline passenger plane that crashed early on Wednesday in Kazakhstan killing at least 38 people.
