The 58-year-old owner of Kerr Solutions IT, in Rockhampton, Queensland, has rigged a sprinkler system to automatically blast drivers with water when they park in the driveway -footage of which is watched by millions on his viral ‘Rockhampton Chaos’ TikTok page.
