Nashville Zoo welcomes a new clouded leopard cub

A new baby has joined the Nashville Zoo family: a female clouded leopard cub. Why it matters: Clouded leopards are considered to be a vulnerable species, by the International Union for Conservation of Nature. Their worldwide population is in decline, and the zoo is involved in conservation efforts. State of play: The cub was born Feb. 25 to the mated pair Niran and Ron.
