Anker’s Soundcore brand is set to enhance its portable projector lineup with the Nebula P1, a compact model allowing users to separate built-in speakers for customized positioning. This new device offers similar features to the Nebula X1 Pro, launched at IFA 2025, but in a significantly lighter package, weighing only 5.3 pounds compared to the 72 pounds of its larger counterpart, reports 24brussels.

The Nebula P1 is priced at $799 on Anker’s online store, with a limited-time discount reducing it to $719 on Amazon, where deliveries are expected in mid-October 2025. Although more affordable than the Nebula X1 Pro, which has a retail price of $5,000, the P1 has limitations including a resolution of 1080P and a brightness of 650 ANSI lumens, making it suitable primarily for use in dark environments to achieve its advertised 180-inch projection.

Setup of the Nebula P1 is designed to be user-friendly, featuring autofocus and automatic keystone corrections, complemented by a built-in gimbal that allows up to 130 degrees of angle adjustment. However, viewers interested in using it for outdoor screenings should note that they will need an extension cord, as the projector does not contain an internal power source.

The detachable 10W speakers, which connect via Bluetooth, boast a robust battery life of up to 20 hours, enhancing the projector’s portable capabilities. Despite its compact size and reduced functionality compared to larger models, the Nebula P1 positions itself as a versatile option for users seeking convenience without sacrificing performance.
