Brooklyn boy, 16, busted for making threats to schools in Texas and targeting family of Uvalde massacre victim

The 16-year-old boy was picked up May 1 at his Brooklyn home and charged with one felony count of terroristic threat and four misdemeanor counts of false report of an emergency, the Uvalde Police Department said.
