Rubio says mineral deal ‘not main topic on agenda’ in Ukraine meeting

Secretary of State Rubio and a U.S. delegation will meet with Ukrainian leaders on Tuesday in Saudi Arabia to discuss ways to end the war between Russia and Ukraine.
