Dozens killed after passenger plane crashes in Kazakhstan

The Azerbaijan Airlines flight from Baku to Grozny in Russia was carrying 67 people when it crashed near Aktau early Wednesday. 25 people survived, Kazakhstan’s emergencies ministry said.
