Rep. Ritchie Torres endorses former foe Gov. Kathy Hochul for reelection

Torres, who six months ago called Hochul’s reelection “an electoral train wreck waiting to happen” is now coalescing around the deeply unpopular governor, saying she’s “the kind of leadership we need right now.”
