30 cats found living in grimy cages at bizarre hoarder camp near Long Island park: ‘Quite sickening’

A homeless hoarder on Long Island whose mother had an order of protection against him had an unkempt encampment in the woods off Southern State Parkway with about 30 cats for days, officials said.
