Praxis has raised $500m to build a cybercity operating independently of any country — but where will it be located?

As to why Greenland is being eyed for a city of the future, Praxis founder Dryden Brown told The Post, “We find the frontier to be exciting and want to take on heroic challenges. Building a city on a sheet of barren ice is a big test of the will.”
